I have to admit that was a very interesting program. Sure enough you guys lived up to your promise. About halfway through your program I knew what was happening. You trained me to re-think the way I looked at smoking. By week three I was off the cigarettes completely. It has only been two weeks but I have no desire to smoke. I was even out for some martinis with friends. I had one small craving but quickly the desire left. I just want to say thanks.
